Does my friend get 10% off immediately?
Yes. Once their referral and eligibility are verified, the discount is applied to their qualifying booking.
When will I receive my voucher?
We normally email your voucher within seven days after your friend's event is completed and fully paid.
Do I need a referral code?
No. Your friend simply needs to mention your name before their booking is confirmed.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. Each genuine qualifying referral can earn you another reward voucher.
Can I combine my discount with another offer?
No. Referral discounts apply to standard-priced packages only and cannot be combined with promotions.
Can I use more than one voucher?
No. Only one reward voucher may be redeemed per qualifying booking.
What if my friend cancels?
A cancelled booking does not qualify for a referral reward.
How long is my voucher valid?
Reward vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiry date is shown on the voucher you receive.
