Terms and Conditions

These terms set out how silent disco hire with No Noise works — from confirming your booking through to returning the kit after your event in Devon.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation by No Noise. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a reservation until a booking confirmation has been issued.

Payment

Payment terms, including deposit and balance dates, will be set out in your booking confirmation. Full payment must be received before the hire date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Equipment

Fair wear and tear is expected. However, loss of or significant damage to headphones, transmitters, lighting or other equipment will be charged at the current replacement cost.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and postponement terms will be provided with your booking confirmation. Changes to the event date or equipment are subject to availability.

Liability

No Noise is not liable for issues arising from venue restrictions, power supply problems, weather conditions or misuse of the equipment by the hirer or guests.

Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection are included across Devon. The hirer is responsible for providing safe access to the venue at the agreed times and for keeping the equipment secure between drop-off and collection.

Use of the equipment

Headphones and transmitters must be used as instructed and returned complete, including chargers and cases. Equipment should not be sub-hired, taken abroad or left outdoors in wet conditions without protection.

Discounts

Midweek bookings from Monday to Thursday receive 10% off our standard prices. Schools, colleges, universities and proms receive 10% off seven days a week. Discounts apply to standard hire prices and cannot be combined.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
